Our Purpose
|
|
SOLS was established in 1996 as a central cooperative laundry to service several
regional hospitals. The laundry uses the latest industrial equipment to process
over seven million pounds of linen anually. Our purpose is to provide the best
possible quality of service at the lowest possible cost. We are able to do this
by combining the purchasing power of all of our customers to leverage down the cost
of aquiring and sustaining quality linen inventories and by collecting and compiling
linen usage data that allows our customers to utilize linen in a responsible and
economical way.

Customer Portal

The Customer Portal was launched in the summer of 2007 in an effort
to extend the power and value of the information that the SOLS
system generates to our customers. The Portal was created as
both an informational and operational tool for the customers
of Southern Oregon Linen Service. Here you can place linen
replacement orders, enter physical inventory data, enter work
unit data, request on demand and scheduled reports, and review
shipping history. There are reporting tools here that will
help you minimize your total cost of linen service.
